What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

When you use our contact or application forms, we collect the information you provide as well as items such as your Internet service provider, browser type, operating system, and the like.

When you use our "CONTACT DP3" form, we will retain the contents of the email, including your email address, and we keep a copy of our response to you. This information is available only to the board of trustees and our professionals (lawyers, accountants, and actuaries.)

When you use our "DP3 ONLINE APPLICATION" we retain the contents of the email, including your email address. This information is available only to the board of trustees and our professionals (lawyers, accountants, and actuaries.)

If you have provided us with an email address and clicked the opt-in box, we may send you email messages related to your questions or comments.

Do we share any information we collect with others?

We do not sell your name or other personally identifiable information to third parties, and have no plans to do so in the future. We intend to share your email and physical address information with the National Retiree Legislative Network for the purposes of pursuing our mission statement in the legislative arena. We also provide your membership information to our mail service provider Constant Contact for the purpose of sending email updates to our registered members.

We may disclose personally identifiable information to government authorities or to third parties during any legal process with which we become engaged and while acting as your proxy, to the extent we are required by law to do so.

Do we use tracking technologies or cookies on our web page?

The DP3 home page may employ simple text cookies to remind you when you last visited the web site. That information is not collected or reported to us. We do not anticipate the use of any other tracking technology on your computer. We do require our web site users to permit JavaScript applications for full site functionality.

Do we use links to other web sites?

We have a number of links to other web sites which may be of interest to our retired pilot members and their spouses. These other sites will always open in a new browser window on your computer. DP3 is not responsible for the content of those other web sites and our privacy policy is not incumbent on them when you leave our site.

How can I remove my name from your membership list or mailing list or update my personal information?

Use the "CONTACT DP3" link in the main menu bar to advise us of changes. To discontinue receiving routine emails from our mail service provider, Constant Contact, simply click the unsubscribe link in one of the emails we send you. Similarly, you may unsubscribe from the NRLN mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of their emails.

What do we do to protect your personal information?

We carefully control access to our records by outside parties and maintain strict protocols in sharing information with each other within DP3. We maintain strict confidentiality in all routine communications and attorney client privilege in our dealings with our professionals. We use commonly accepted backup systems for our electronic records.
